Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern use of Preplated, a preorder storefront platform operated by BryteTech Solutions LLC. By creating an account, operating a storefront, placing an order, or subscribing to notifications, you agree to these Terms.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for their products, pricing, availability, pickup details, food safety obligations, licenses, permits, taxes, refund policies, customer support, and compliance with applicable cottage food and local business laws.

Customer Orders

Customers place orders directly with the seller shown on the storefront. Preplated provides the software used to collect order details and, where enabled, route payment through Stripe. Pickup timing, product quality, refunds, and fulfillment are handled by the seller.

Payments And Fees

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Sellers using Stripe Connect authorize Stripe and Preplated to process payments, route payouts, and collect applicable platform fees. Manual-payment sellers are responsible for collecting and reconciling payment outside Preplated.

Subscriptions

Paid seller plans may be billed monthly through Stripe unless canceled. Feature availability may vary by plan. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice where required by law or business practice.

Messaging

Stores may send order updates, drop announcements, or reminders by email or SMS. Sellers must only message customers who provided valid consent and must honor opt-out requests.

Acceptable Use

You may not abuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, upload malicious content, violate another party's rights, send unlawful messages, or use Preplated for products or activity prohibited by law or payment processor rules.

Availability

We aim to keep Preplated reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access for security, abuse, maintenance, nonpayment, or legal reasons.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Preplated and BryteTech Solutions LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for seller fulfillment issues, food-related claims, or third-party service outages.
